when most people are looking for a photographer, they want to know just as much about the photographer's background as their photography style. So here's a little intro for any of those who do not know me, but may be interested in having me as their photographer.

I have always loved art, and expressed this love in various different artistic fields growing up. I started in modern dance when I was merely seven, ballet when I was ten, and have played a variety of musical instruments primarily piano starting at around six. Although admittedly I was forced into some of these, I grew to eat breath sleep the love of expressing myself through different mediums.
As college, and later marriage came into my life (with full-time work to help support our little family), I found an ever increasing shortage of time to express my creativity in my normal areas. Mainly thanks to the lack of a piano, and the lack of funds to supply a dance habit.
After I expressed these albeit ridiculous complaints to my husband, he thankfully suggested and helped fund/gift my now beloved dSLR to serve as both an additional family camera, and something I could use as a professional camera.
And I'm so grateful he did. Now I can express my creativity in a way that fits my time constraints, and helps others.
